Auditing
The statutory audit has traditionally been regarded as a necessary evil. At Henry Reeves & Co we look to extend our role and discuss with you your company's performance and identify new opportunities for improvement.
As well as the normal auditing service, as required under the Companies Act we also offer a unique auditing/stock check service for larger firms who have their own full in house accounting facilities already. We can be appointed on a "spot check" basis to oversea your in house methods, looking for errors in accounting practices and advising on areas of possible improvement. In extreme cases, it is sometimes necessary for us to investigate fraud or suspicious transactions and of course we handle this process in a very considerate and discrete manner and offer our solutions to any problems, which can save a great deal of embarrassment or further financial loss.
